I recently had my first very first RMT session with Chad at Total Therapy. He was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. He was incredibly professional, personable, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. My upper and mid back, along with my neck, were extremely tight and tense. There was a significant improvement in my range of motion for my left arm and neck. His approach allowed me to feel completely comfortable throughout the session and had me feeling amazing once everything was done. I will definitely be booking another session soon and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled RMT!

Had an amazing massage with Ananya, my back and hips feel much lighter and less sore/stiff already. She has really strong hands and really helped break up those areas of tension. Was also very friendly and gave good advice on stretches. Would definitely book again :)

The booking system is convenient to use. The staff at front desk are very friendly. Colin Kroeger, the physiotherapist, is very patient and helpful in showing me what exercises I need to do, he writes them out for me, and we video taped the exercises as well.

Great experience again - Archer quickly identified my problem muscle (deep in my lower back) and after working the surrounding tissue he targeted the deep QL muscle. I feel significantly better already after this single session despite having months of chronic lower back muscle tension. Thank you Archer and Team!

Had Chad as my massage therapist today. Felt like I was hanging out with a friend! He not only does his job as a massage therapist well, but he is personable and makes you feel like your are getting VIP treatment! Definitely will be having more sessions with him. One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met!

I have been getting massages from Chad for some time now. He works with his heart, mind and body. He gives me a treatment massage. After his treatment, I feel different, and the purpose of my visit fulfilled. If one needs treatment massage, Chad is the one!

Today with the help of Amy I got back into the ring. Amy listened and executed a perfect full body workout plan. Amy made sure my body was in proper form and I could control the weight I was using at one time she said it looks like that weight is too easy and moved me up to a much harder weight. The following day I was sore but a good sore and I'm so grateful I worked with Amy. Thank you Amy for getting me back to the fight the fight to better health.

I appreciated how comfortable Christian made me feel. He took his time to listen to the issue, address my concerns and provide effective treatment. He was able to share his feedback and set up a recovery plan for me. He was recommended by people at my office and I will for sure refer him in the future!

Antony Tsang is an excellent trainer. As a kinesiologist, he is very knowledgeable about the human body, and how to maximize workouts with good form and technique. No matter how tired or busy I am, I always feel happy and energized after my training sessions with Antony. He's friendly but also very professional and stays focused. I have had good trainers in the past and would highly recommend Antony.

Chad has definitely changed my life! I work a lot and often extremely sore afterwards. He is knowledgeable, diligent, extremely professional and I felt comfortable the entire time. He focused on my problem area until it no longer bothered me. Excellent technique. I’ve been through a lot of RMTs and by far he’s the best! I also love the music he plays! I highly recommend him!!

Anthony is the best massage therapist.

We are very satisfied with our physiotherapist sessions with Alex. He listens, he wants to know how we are coping mentally and physically and decides the therapy for the day. He always serves us with a smile. He loves his job, apparently. We are also very happy with the front desk staff.

Ananya has the best massaging hands ever. She made sure I was feeling good and she knows her craft. I left the clinc relieved.
