Nico Calara
As a human movement specialist, my role is to prescribe individually tailored exercise programs to clients who have sustained musculoskeletal injuries, motor vehicle accident-related injuries, workplace injuries, athletic injuries, and chronic health conditions. My goal is to provide quality guidance to help my clients return to full function, while also educating and influencing them in developing healthy behavioral patterns that will benefit their long-term health.
Aside from active rehabilitation, I am also very interested in ergonomics, functional training, strength and conditioning, and human nutrition. On my downtime, I enjoy playing basketball and watching sports.

My team at Total Therapy is awesome! I saw Christian for physio for many months to decrease the pain I was having in my hips, knees and foot from a couple of injuries. Christian worked with me weekly, adapting my therapy depending on the amount of pain I was in and pushed me when I was able to do more.
Once I was free of the daily pain, Christian referred me to Nico to move into a more active rehab program.
