Rina-Choi

Hi, I’m Rina, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a background in healthcare in Korea.

I focus on helping clients move and feel better by addressing the underlying causes of discomfort. Our bodies naturally adapt to daily routines and postural habits, which can lead to imbalances over time. My goal is to support clients in releasing those patterns so their bodies can function more freely and efficiently.

I pay close attention to how each body responds in the moment and adjust my approach accordingly. I believe effective treatment comes from working with—not against—the body, and I always strive to create a calm, respectful, and supportive environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy finding local parks and easy hiking trails to explore with my dog. I also spend time swimming, meditating, and doing vocal training—which is my favorite way to recharge.
