I enjoy working with patients towards the common goal of reducing their pain and getting them back to being healthy and productive. I strive to achieve this by incorporating a combination of techniques in the treatment room that are specific to their needs while also trying to educate them on their condition and how they can begin to manage it through minor lifestyle changes, strengthening, and stretching.
Having grown up playing sports, I have a particular passion for working with athletes and sports-related injuries, however I also enjoy working with people from all lifestyle backgrounds as I believe that anyone from an office worker suffering from postural dysfunction and tension headaches to a high-performance athlete experiencing a muscle strain can benefit from massage therapy.
Although soccer is my first love, I enjoy watching and playing almost any sport. In my spare time, I like spending time with friends and family, learning about new cultures, and trying new cuisines, so if anyone ever has any restaurant recommendations, I’m all ears!
