
Antony Tsang
My interest in the human body and its capacity to achieve high levels of athleticism initially stemmed from my background in competitive ballroom dance and volleyball, making the field of Kinesiology a great fit for me. I believe it is my job to get to know my clients, their history and their current condition in order to create an individualized treatment plan that allows them to reach their goals. I strive to educate my clients on proper body mechanics to help facilitate movement without pain and to help optimize their level of function in everyday activity. My ideal client outcomes occur when the client reaches levels of performance and function that surpasses their pre-injury status.
During my time away from work, I can often be found in the gym training for my next powerlifting competition or playing competitive volleyball.
