Terms and Conditions

Please note the following terms for the Relax Package:

Packages must be used within 3 months of the purchase date.
Packages are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable to another patient or treatment type.
Packages are not redeemable for cash.
No-show fees are in effect. Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointments.
