FAQ for WSBC (WorkSafeBC) Claims
At this time, we only direct bill WorkSafeBC (WSBC) for physiotherapy services. For information about other treatment types, please contact your WorkSafeBC case manager directly.
WorkSafeBC typically covers a “treatment period” of up to 15 physiotherapy visits over 6 weeks. If you require additional treatment beyond this, your physiotherapist can request approval from WSBC. We’ll keep you informed if and when additional treatment is approved.
No! WorkSafeBC funds approved physiotherapy sessions in full, so there are no additional costs to you.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged to the patient at 50% of the appointment cost, and no shows will be charged to the patient at 100% of the appointment cost.
